- Delivery
- Incorrect Delivery Information
- Please enter all delivery details carefully. You must include ALL address details including full street number, street name and company name if applicable. Inaccurate or incorrect delivery information can delay delivery. A re-delivery fee will be passed onto you from our couriers for incorrect address details. The minimum fee for re-delivery is $16.50.
- Late Delivery
- It is the customer's responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. We will contact the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
- PO Boxes
- We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
- Deliveries To Hospitals & Hotels
- Grey’s Boutique Gifts make every effort to deliver your gift hamper the next business day to Hospitals and Hotels. Please ensure your recipient has enough time before checking out to receive their hamper in allowing for hampers to pass through possible security checks/mail room registers at these locations. Please note Grey’s Boutique Gifts accepts no responsibility once the parcel has been signed for by these premises in ensuring they pass these hampers onto the recipient and has no control over the timeframe for these businesses to pass the hampers onto the recipient. Delivery to a work or home address is always recommended.
- Other Important Delivery Information
- We cannot accept a specified delivery time (eg 5.00pm).
- If the recipient is not home and there is a suitable place to leave the hamper it will be left at the property, if there is no suitable place a calling card will be left.
- Cancellation of gift orders must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
- Delivery to a business address is always advisable. The business/organisation name must be provided on your order for our couriers to deliver to a business address.

- If for reasons beyond our control particular stock items are not available as pictured on our website, Grey’s Boutique Gifts will automatically replace with items of equal value.
- Returns Policy
- In the unlikely event that your gift hamper is damaged or has been tampered with upon delivery, please contact us immediately for the gift hamper to be returned and we'll subsequently arrange a replacement.
- Cancellation Policy
- Contact Grey’s Boutique Gifts immediately if you need to cancel an order. If payment has already been made, cancellation is at the discretion of Grey’s Boutique Gifts.
- Security
- At Grey’s Boutique Gifts we understand the need for you to feel 100% comfortable purchasing gifts online, therefore included in our latest website update we have only the best and most up to date SSL technology security to protect you.
- Grey’s Boutique Gifts does not have access to your credit card details and instead of storing your details on a server you will be required to input upon each order, unless you have chosen otherwise with your own paypal account.

- Under the liquor control Act Gift Baskets including alcohol may only be purchased by people 18yrs and over. For all gifts with alcohol included please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive delivery.
